How It Works

  • Book Your Visit

    Choose an adult urgent care visit or pediatric telehealth visit and schedule your appointment online.

  • Meet Virtually

    Join your visit from your phone, tablet, or computer. Your provider will review your symptoms, health history, allergies, and current medications.

  • Receive a Care Plan

    You will receive personalized treatment recommendations based on your symptoms and medical history.

  • Prescription Sent If Appropriate

    If medication is clinically appropriate, your prescription may be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

Pediatric Safety Notice: For children, telehealth may not be appropriate for severe symptoms, difficulty breathing, dehydration, uncontrolled fever, severe pain, or symptoms requiring a hands-on physical exam. Depending on your child’s symptoms, age, medical history, and overall appearance, your provider may recommend in-person urgent care, pediatrician follow-up, or emergency evaluation.
