Important Information: Not all medications are eligible for online refills. Some prescriptions require periodic follow-up visits, laboratory monitoring, or additional evaluation before they can be renewed.

Before You Request a Refill
Please review the following before scheduling your visit:
Request your refill 5-7 days before you run out of medication.
Have your medication name, dose, and how often you take it available.
Make sure your preferred pharmacy information is current.
Be prepared to discuss your medical history and any recent changes.
If you are having side effects, worsening symptoms, or new concerns, schedule a follow-up visit instead of only requesting a refill.
Some medications may require recent labs, vital signs, or in-person evaluation before they can be safely refilled.
Medications We Do Not Refill Through Telehealth
For patient safety, Redefined Health & Wellness does not routinely refill controlled substances or high-risk medications through standard telehealth visits.
We do not refill:
Benzodiazepines such as Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, or Valium
Opioid pain medications
Stimulants such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, or Concerta
Sleep medications such as Ambien
Certain muscle relaxers
Testosterone or anabolic steroids
High-risk psychiatric medications requiring close monitoring
Medications that require in-person exams, labs, or specialist management
If your medication requires specialist care, lab monitoring, or an in-person evaluation, we may recommend follow-up with your primary care provider, specialist, urgent care, or emergency care depending on your situation.
