  Adding B12 does not guarantee more energy, fewer side effects, or greater weight loss.

• Glycine

  Glycine is an amino acid used by the body to make proteins and collagen. It also plays a role in nervous-system signaling. It may be included for general nutritional or formulation support, but there is limited evidence that it improves tirzepatide-related weight loss or tolerability.

• L-Carnitine

  L-carnitine helps transport fatty acids into cells, where they may be used for energy. It has established medical uses for certain carnitine deficiencies, but adding it to tirzepatide has not been proven to increase fat loss, prevent fatigue, or improve treatment results in patients without a deficiency.
